Customer Review: Not worth the time or money to ship back . . .

The item was improperly packed (the plastic "bubbles" that were supposed to hold it in place in the larger box was all deflated). On unpacking the item, the lid was found to be cracked. I have other potpourri pots, none of which has a lid, so I decided that I would use it without the lid. I used it one day for about 2-3 hours and it worked just fine. The second time I used it, it stopped heating after about an hour. It no longer works. I have another one exactly like this one that I have used without a problem for over two years. My advice: if you want one DO NOT order it by mail. It is not worth it to return it with shipping and all. Buy it directly from the store so that you can take it back if it's a lemon.
