This toaster is very slow to toast - it takes much longer than our last. It's fairly big and takes up more space than I like. It's heavy and solid - hoping that means long lasting. It has a groove design on the top that looks like could it be a nuisance to clean but so far hasn't been a problem. Otherwise, good so far - certainly for the price.
